SUMMARY
Mark Wickham is a shareholder of the Davis Brown Law Firm in the business division. He has a general practice in but not limited to the areas of business transactions, finance and securities.

Mark represents clients in several industries including renewable energy, ethanol, wind energy, biodiesel, and banking. He frequently advises clients on public and private securities offerings, business acquisitions and sales, corporate governance, and the negotiation and preparation of key contracts.

Mark graduated from Iowa State University with honors and Phi Beta Kappa. At the University of Iowa College of Law, he served as Senior Note Editor of the Journal of Transnational Law and Contemporary Problems. He graduated with highest distinction and Order of the Coif.
