Neal Smith Entrepreneur of the Year Award Winner

The Neal Smith Entrepreneur of the Year Award was given to Gina Blean and Kelly Heysinger, owners of Dubuque-based Unified Therapy Services. The award was established to recognize entrepreneurs and honor the Iowa Congressman and Davis Brown Of Counsel attorney for his involvement in establishing the Small Business Development Center in Iowa. The awards were presented at a ceremony at the State Capitol Building on February 3, 2010.
